As you can probably imagine, there’s a lot of snoozing going on before I start my day, but once I’m awake it’s time for my beauty routine! I enjoy waking up to some serious me time!

Final touches to my luggage – somehow I never manage to pack light! A quick coffee in the meantime (I’m a natural multitasker) and off I go to the airport!

On my way to the airport reading through my notes and listening to my favourite music.

In case you were wondering about my breakfast, well, it’s often a snack. This time I’m having some of my favourite on-the-go La Durée Macaroons from my last business trip to Paris.

Where to this week? Madrid! I will be speaking at a conference about fashion and e-commerce. I’m also meeting some of our partners, so it looks like it will be a pretty intense day.

Touchdown! While travelling hotel receptions becomes my second office! And even though I am out of ‘the office’, there are always many, many emails waiting to be answered.

Time to grab some serious energy! The thing I love the most about Madrid is that you can eat in the most amazing places. Bar Tomate is one of my latest discoveries.
