On July 24, around 60 speakers at the DAHO.AM conference in Munich gave insights into latest trends in the tech industry – including topics such as blockchain, machine learning and quantum computers. In the Zenith, which is usually hosting concerts, we hosted our #1 tech conference in Munich.
This years DAHO.AM attracted more than 1.200 participants — whether young or old, hipster, techie, startup founders or decision makers — from all over the world.
Thematically, the conference served everything the tech scene is doing right now: from blockchain, new mobility, IoT and machine learning to robotics or quantum computers. “With DAHO.AM we have created a platform for startups, developers, companies and investors. The DAHO.AM inspires and presents the currently most exciting projects, founders and technological developments“, said Johann Romefort, chief organizer of DAHO.AM.
Another highlight was the startup competition, for which 16 participants had registered in advance. The Munich startup Blickfeld emerged victorious, convincing with its LiDAR technology as well as software for object recognition and mapping.
In addition to top-class speakers, the event also had plenty to offer outside of the conference halls: an exhibition area with information booth and VR demos to try out, a food court with food trucks, hip hammocks and pallet furniture, or even the chance to pay a frozen yoghurt with cryptocurrency.
