Over the past three years, Stylight has participated in Munich’s Online Karrieretag, and this year, we’re coming back. We’re excited to meet creative, motivated and energetic graduates and young professionals. It’s always a wonderful experience to network with talented people within the digital industry, and we’re positive that this years group will be no exception.

  1. Application

To see an overview of our open jobs, please visit our career page. While you´re there, take a look at our team descriptions and find out more about us as a company. Don´t see your perfect position? Just write us an email jobs@stylight.com.

  1. Screening, Pre-Interview & Task

After you’ve handed in your application, you can sit back and wait for us to get in touch with you (usually within 2-3 weeks). If your profile and experience suit the position, we will call you to introduce ourselves as a company and get to know you a little bit better. Your interview will be with one of our People & Organization Managers. Please use this as an opportunity to ask any questions you have about the position or about Stylight as a whole. If the pre-interview is successful, we’ll send you a task to complete. This task will give you an idea about what your day-to-day life at Stylight might look like.

  1. Main Interview & Team Meet

This is where you meet your future supervisor, mentor and potential prospective team members. The interview goes into greater detail about the position and will be more technical than the phone interview. What do you know? What do you need to learn?

  1. Management Interview

The last stage of our recruiting process involves getting to know our management. No need to worry about corporate suits. This step is a casual exchange where you can ask any final questions and discover management’s perspectives on the company.

We don’t like to keep people guessing, so our recruiting process normally doesn’t take longer than four weeks, start-to-finish.

  3. Be yourself =) – We know, it’s a cliche, but we want to get to know you and not some ideal candidate that you read about in a career blog.
  4. Keep calm and ask away –  show us your interest!
